The old bank was a challenging project, particularly due to its five-storey height and the need to retain the original street frontage. Limited access from the rear made construction even more complex.
With just 10 apartments in the building, we focused on maximising space and comfort in each one, aiming well above standard requirements. This project also marked the start of our exploration into textured concrete finishes, which we applied to all the precast elements throughout the build.
The top two apartments were designed over two levels to create a townhouse-like feel, giving the owners more separation from a traditional apartment layout.
Hardwood wall finishes and colour-infused concrete welcome residents on each floor, adding a touch of sophistication throughout.
