Linden was a project that really put concrete to the test, showing off its versatility in a single build. Angled, textured to jack‑hammered, stacked, and smooth finishes, we hand‑finished all the precast and in‑situ walls ourselves.
The project is made up of two townhouses designed to read as one. Both clients shared the same ambition: to explore texture and materiality and create a strong, industrial‑style finish throughout.
Each home has its own unique interior, with the clients adding their own touches to the raw, industrial spaces. Large north-facing windows open onto lush rear gardens, creating a quiet, private oasis.
Working with a tight site and street constraints made this a very planning-heavy project for us. More photos of the finished interiors and exteriors are on the way.
