This collection of three substantial townhouses reads as two, allowing the project to optimise yield while still maintaining a sensitive relationship with its surroundings.
The subtle raked roof references the pitched tiled roofs of neighbouring homes, helping the development sit comfortably within the generous gardens and blend into the historic character of the street.
Sustainably sourced and custom cut Abodo timber wraps the entire first floor of the project.
Internally, each townhouse has a unique floor plan, oriented to maximise passive solar gain and sustainability, while delivering functional, liveable spaces within a medium-density footprint.
